I’m building the CRM function behind Coinmerce’s customer growth.

As CRM Lead at Coinmerce, I own the full customer lifecycle across email, push and in-app messaging. I’ve built the CRM function from scratch, introducing segmentation, automated journeys, campaign reporting and scalable AI-assisted workflows. My work includes launching the company’s first deposit campaign, which generated more than €1M in additional assets under management from a €40K budget.

CRM Lead, North America

I helped build bet365’s North American CRM programme, then led it.

After relocating to Gibraltar to support the development of a new CRM team, I progressed to lead North American lifecycle marketing across a 2M+ registered user base. I managed a team of eight and a €1M+ budget, building automated journeys and localised campaigns that helped increase active users by 51% and revenue by 75% year on year.

Product Design & Development

I turned a paper-based stock process into a
profit-driving business app.

Wayne Walker’s five trucks relied on paper records to manage stock, making performance difficult to track across the business. I designed and built a custom app that digitised daily stock movements and brought sales, costs and truck-level profitability into one dashboard. The platform is now used in day-to-day operations and has helped uncover changes responsible for £180K in additional net profit.
